摘要: |
目的:通过制作大鼠脑缺血模型和运用兴奋性氨基酸NMDA型受体阻滞剂MK-801,观察海马兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)的变化及其所致细胞结构改变。方法:采用Pulsinelli氏改良方法,分别测定大鼠海马在脑缺血不同时期EAA的改变及MK-801对EAA所致结构变化的影响。提示脑缺血时EAA明显升高,且缺血时间越长释放越多,经过MK-801治疗细胞损伤明显减少,结论:大鼠脑缺血后EAA明显升高;MK-801能阻止EAA对脑的损伤,起保护作用。 |
