| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察奥美拉唑，阿莫西林和甲哨唑联合搭配，疗程和剂量的效果来探索理想治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp)的方案，方法：Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡40例，胃溃疡12例随机分成治疗组和对照组，观察记录Hp根除，溃疡愈合，临床症状改善情况及复发率。结果：两组比较，溃疡愈合率治疗组为96％，对照组88．9％，差异无显著性（P＞0．05）;Hp根除率治疗组为80％，对照组7．4％，差异非常显著（P＜0．005），结论：奥美拉唑，阿莫西林和甲哨唑联合14d治疗方案具有药物量小，疗程短，疗效高，副反应小，价格适宜等特点，是较为理想的根除Hp，治愈溃疡，降低溃疡复发率的方案。 |
