摘要:

目的分析11例腹部原发肿瘤的影像学表现,探讨其影像学表现的病理学基础。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例腹部原发肿瘤的CT或/和MR表现,观察内容包括肿瘤的来源部位,形态、大小、密度和信号强度、强化特征,肿瘤的边缘、周围脂肪间隙的受累情况及肿瘤与邻近组织器官的关系等。结果良性肿瘤2例,恶性肿瘤9例。肿瘤位于腹膜腔内2例,腹膜外间隙7例,腹膜腔及腹膜外间隙同时受累2例。结论CT、MR扫描能准确判断腹部原发肿瘤的来源部位及其与邻近器官组织的关系,有助于判断肿瘤的性质。
