夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫治青少年近视的临床观察

摘要:

目的 观察青少年近视患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜对角膜曲率、角膜厚度和眼轴长度影响。方法 随访满1年且资料完整的患者56例（112眼）,年龄9～15岁,男性22例,女性34例,近视度数均＜-6.00D。患者夜戴Boston XO角膜塑形镜,采用博士伦公司的ORBSCANⅡZ角膜地形图检查角膜厚度和角膜曲率,采用蔡司公司的IOL Master（光学生物测量仪）测量眼轴长度。结果 与戴镜前相比,戴镜3～12个月后,角膜地形图显示角膜曲率均明显变平,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;角膜厚度有所变化,但差异无统计学意义（P=0.5992）;戴镜12个月后,眼轴长度有所增加,但差异无统计学意义（P=0.389 7）。结论 夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫治青少年近视效果确切、安全。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the effects of orthokeratology lens on the corneal curvature,the corneal thickness and the axial length in adolescent myopa.Methods Fifty-six patients(112 eyes,22 males and 34 females,aging from 9 to 15 years old) had been followed up for one year.The average refraction is less then - 6.00D.All the patients wore orthokeratology lens(Boston XO) overnight. The corneal thickness and the corneal curvature were measured by OrbscanⅡZ corneal topography and the axial length were measured by IOL master(Carl Zeiss).Results Compared with the past,the corneal curvature became lower after 3-12 months’ wearing and the difference was significant(P＜0.01);the corneal thickness changed but with no significant difference(P=0.599 2);the axial length became longer after wearing orthokeratology lens for 12 months but without a significant difference (P=0.389 7).Conclusion Wearing overnight orthokeratology lens are effective and safe for the treatment of adolescent myopia.
