摘要: |
实验与临床研究证明DNA损伤诱导的神经毒性参与多种神经系统退行性疾病的发生发展过程。核仁转录体系作为基因组完整性的理想监测位点,可通过影响核糖体的合成及与其他信号因子的相互作用,参与DNA损伤诱导的神经元凋亡及慢性神经毒性。本研究将围绕这一观点的相关研究进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Clinical and experimental researches have demonstrated that DNA damage-induced neurotoxicity is involved in the onset and progress of many neurodegenerative diseases.Recent studies have discovered that RNA polymerase 1 transcriptional machinery,as a candidate for genome integrity checkpoint,plays an important role in DNA damage-induced apoptosis and chronic disruption of neurons by affecting the synthesis of ribosomes and interacting with other signal molecules. |
