| 轻度认知功能障辟（mild cognitive impairment, MCI)是正常老化与痴呆之间的一个过渡阶段，包括记忆障碍型和其他类型的轻度认知功能障碍，是阿尔茨海默病的高危因素。如能早期诊断并给予干预则有助于延缓病程，由于预防或治疗MCI的方法正处于研究阶段,其有效性需要进一步临床验证。本文通过流行病学、概念、分型及诊断手段对老年性轻度认知功能损害研究现状做一介绍。 |

| Abstract: |
| Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a transitional state between normality and dementia in cognition, including amnestic MCI single domain and other MCIs. It has a high risk of converting to Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Early diagnosis and adequate intervention may slow down or delay the course of the disease. The development of effective treatment of MCI and prevention of its conversion to AD are still underway, their effectiveness need to be verified clinically. This article reviews current research progress in conception，sub-typing，epidemiology and diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment in elderly. |
