黄连素对幽门螺杆菌抗菌作用的实验研究

摘要:
目的探讨黄连素对幽门螺杆菌(//e/fcofcflctefpy/or;,冲)的抗菌作用。方法采用kirby-bauer法对 61例Up临床分离株及标准株均分别行黄连素抗Hp药敏实验;实验中黄连素药敏纸片制成25阽、50阽、 100叫g、250 jig四个梯度含量,每株菌药敏实验时均同步设克拉霉素、阿莫西林药敏标准纸片对照。结果黄连 素250 jig含量组与克拉霉素、阿莫西林对照组平均抑菌圈直径、有效率分别相比较,效果相当(/>>()? 05),黄连 素100 pg含量组和克拉霉素、阿莫西林对照组办效果相比较,有效率相当(P>0.05);而平均抑菌圈直径不及 克拉霉素及阿莫西林对照/>=0(P <0.05);余下黄连素梯度组和克拉霉素、阿莫西林抗Hp效果相比,无论平均 抑菌圈直径还是有效率均劣于两者(P<0. 05);黄连素各梯度组抗菌作用相比,无论平均抑菌圈直径还是抗冲 有效率在一定梯度含量范围内呈现剂量相关性,以250梯度含量组最优,余下依次下降(P <0.05)。结论黄连素25 pg量级水平即具有一定的抗Hp作用,但以250 pg含量抗Hp效果与克拉霉素及阿莫西林抗菌作用 相当

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity of berberine against Helicobacterpylori (Hp) in vitro. Methods The drug sensitivity of clinical isolated Hp to berberine was performed with Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion test. The isolated Hp was treated with different dose of berberine (25,50,100, 250 |xg),clarithromycin and amoxicillin standard slip was used as controls. Results There were no significant differences in average diameter inhibition zone and effective rate to Hp between berberine (250 jxg) and clarithromycin, amoxicillin control (P > 0. 05). Clarithromycin and amoxicillin had better average diameter inhibition zone than berberine (100 jxg) (P <0. 05), butno significant difference in effective rate between them (尸 > 0. 05). Clarithromycin and amoxicillin had better inhibition effect than other two berberine groups (25, 50 pg). There were significant differences in average diameter inhibition zone and effective rate to Hp among 4 different dose levels of berberine, especially in high dose group(250 (xg)(尸 <0.05). Conclusion Berberine at 250 |xg level, exhibits antimicrobial effect to isolated Hp comparable to that of clarithromycin and amoxicillin.
