| 右美托咪定作为新型的麻醉辅助药物广泛应用于各类手术的麻醉，因其特殊的镇静方式及轻微的呼吸抑制尤其适用于耳鼻喉科手术麻醉。本文通过概述右美托咪定的药理学特性，介绍其在耳鼻喉科手术麻醉中的应用，并评价其有效性及安全性，从而为临床合理用药提供参考。 |

| Dexmedetomidine, as a new type of anesthetic adjuvant, has been widely used in various kinds of operations. Because of its special sedation and mild respiratory depression, dexmedetomidine is especially suitable for otorhinolaryngology surgery. This review summarizes the pharmacological characteristics of dexmedetomidine and its efficacy and safety in the anesthesia of otolaryngology surgery, so as to provide reference for clinical medication. |
