前列腺癌是男性泌尿系统中极为常见的恶性肿瘤,其中前列腺腺癌占95%以上。据统计,不同的地区和种族人群在前列腺癌的发病率方面有着较大的差异,与亚洲各国相比,欧美国家前列腺癌发病率明显较高。然而,随着社会的快速发展以及人口老龄化的不断加剧,中国前列腺癌的发病率呈不断递增状态。“Warburg效应”也称为有氧糖酵解,其存在于大部分肿瘤细胞中,是肿瘤细胞的代谢特征之一,其在前列腺细胞及其肿瘤细胞中均有独特的特异性,与经典有氧糖酵解代谢有所不同。本文就糖酵解代谢途径及其相关酶在前列腺癌中的研究进展进行综述。 |

Research progress of glycolysis in prostate cancer |

Abstract: |
Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor in the urinary system, among which prostate adenocarcinoma accounts for more than 95%. The incidence of prostate cancer differs significantly among regions and ethnicities, and European and American countries have the highest incidence of prostate cancer. With the rapid population aging and economic development, the incidence of prostate cancer in China is on the rise. Warburg effect, known as aerobic glycolysis, is one of the metabolic characteristics of tumor cells. However, it has unique specificity in prostate cells, which is different from classic aerobic glycolysis. This article reviews the research progress of glycolytic metabolic pathways and related enzymes in prostate cancer. |
