支气管扩张症的发病率逐年上升,但当前的治疗策略仍然有限,并且伴随着一定的副作用。因此,深入探索与支气管扩张症相关的风险因素和致病机制,对于优化临床治疗策略具有重要意义。本文综述了支气管扩张症的主要风险因素,包括其他疾病、细菌与微生物、炎症以及遗传因素等。同时,文章详细阐述了这些风险因素如何通过炎症、免疫缺陷和上皮细胞功能障碍等途径导致支气管扩张症的发生。这些发现为后续机制研究和疾病治疗提供了新的理论依据。 |

Abstract: |
The incidence of bronchiectasis is increasing, but current treatment strategies are still limited and accompanied by certain side effects. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the risk factors and pathogenic mechanisms associated with bronchiectasis is of great significance for optimizing clinical treatment strategies. This article reviews the main risk factors for bronchiectasis, including comorbidities, inflammation, pathogenic microorganisms, and genetic factors; and the mechanisms of these risk factors in the development of bronchiectasis including inflammation, immune deficiency and epithelial cell dysfunction. Hopefully these findings would contribute to the development of new treatment strategies of bronchiectasis. |
