2024年9月，《欧洲呼吸病学杂志》发表了第七届世界肺动脉高压研讨会（World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension, WSPH）的系列论文，该研讨会于2024年6月底在西班牙巴塞罗那举行。这些论文基于2022年8月发布的肺动脉高压（pulmonary hypertension, PH）诊断与治疗指南，汇总了近年来肺动脉高压领域的研究进展。本文聚焦于最常见的一类肺动脉高压——左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压（pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease, PH-LHD）的最新进展，包括影响左心疾病的相关病种、病理生理学的进展、PH-LHD的细分类及目前的优化治疗结果的解读。

Abstract:

In September 2024, the European Respiratory Journal published a series of papers reported on the 7th World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension (WSPH), which was held in Barcelona, Spain at the end of June 2024. The papers provide a summary of recent research progress on pulmonary hypertension based on the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for pulmonary hypertension (PH) released in August 2022. Focusing on the most common type of pulmonary hypertension (PH), namely the pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease (PH-LHD), the article reviews the lastest progress on the related left heart disease, the pathophysiology, subclassification and the optimised treatment results of PH-LHD.
