Abstract:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) has been successfully used to diagnose a variety of diseases and is used in both diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. CEUS is of great significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. As a safe, non-invasive and real-time functional imaging method, CEUS can supplement conventional ultrasound examination and breast molybdenum target examination, provide more qualitative and quantitative reference indicators, improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer, as well as evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, effectively improve the prognosis of the patients. This article provides a review of the research progress and advantages of CEUS in the diagnosis and evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficacy in breast malignant lesions.
