超声造影在乳腺癌诊断与新辅助化疗疗效评估中的研究进展

Research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer and evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy effects

超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultrasound, CEUS)已经成功用于诊断多种疾病，在乳腺癌的诊断及治疗中均有应用。超声造影对乳腺癌诊断及新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy, NAC)疗效评估具有重要的意义。超声造影作为一种安全、无创、实时的功能性影像学检查技术，可对常规超声检查和乳腺钼靶检查进行补充，提供更多定性及定量参考指标，提高对乳腺癌诊断的准确性，评估新辅助化疗疗效，有效改善患者预后。本文就超声造影对乳腺恶性病变的诊断和评估新辅助化疗疗效的研究进展及优势进行综述。

Abstract:

Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) has been successfully used to diagnose a variety of diseases and is used in both diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. CEUS is of great significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. As a safe, non-invasive and real-time functional imaging method, CEUS can supplement conventional ultrasound examination and breast molybdenum target examination, provide more qualitative and quantitative reference indicators, improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer, as well as evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, effectively improve the prognosis of the patients. This article provides a review of the research progress and advantages of CEUS in the diagnosis and evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficacy in breast malignant lesions.
