| 目的：探讨微波热凝治疗宫颈肌瘤的方法及疗效。方法：对61例不同类型的宫颈肌瘤用微波手术器行热凝治疗，其中带蒂宫颈肌瘤术时摘除瘤体，不带迸肌瘤中8例术时剜除瘤体，其余均保留瘤体待其自行脱落，随访观察局部愈合及临床症状改善情况，结果：61例中术后2周痊愈25例，3周痊愈28例，4周后痊愈8例，全部病例均一次治疗成功，症状.消化结论：微波热凝治疗宫颈肌瘤高效，安全，快速，病人容易接受，无并发症，值得临床推广。 |
