| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究血红蛋白(Hb)水平对中晚期食管癌放射治疗预后的影响。方法 回顾性分析接受放射治疗的中晚期食管癌84例，其中Hb＜110g/L者17例，Hb≥110g/L者67例，采用Kaplan-Meier法计算局部控制率和生存率。结果 外周血Hb＜110g/L病例的生存率和局部控制率均差于Hb≥110g/L的病例，而且差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论 放疗期间Hb水平对中晚期食管癌放射治疗预后有显著影响。Hb水平越低，局部控制率和生存率越差。 |
