目的:检测tubulin与chs rex b同源基因在左眼视损毁后鸽脑不同脑区的差异表达,方法:以经消减抑制杂交(suppression subtraction hybridization SSH)方法获得的鸽脑差异表达基因的表达序列标签(expressed sequence tag,EST)为探针,用放射性同位素对其进行标记,藉Northern杂交法分析其mRNA在不同脑区的丰度,结果;与人tubulin有高度同源性及与鸡的chs-rex-b m,RNA有高度同源性的基因 左,右视盖的丰度明显高于左,右前脑,结论:tubulin与rex b同源基因在鸽脑视觉相关脑区的发育过程中可能具有某此独特作用。 |
