目的:探讨骨质疏松症大鼠动物模型的制备条件及理想的方法。方法:wistar大鼠随机分3组,即去卵巢大鼠组,假性去卵巢大鼠组和正常对照组,用去卵巢办法制备骨质疏松症动物模型,用双能X线骨密度测定仪测骨密度,观察不同时期大鼠骨密度的改变。结果:去卵巢大鼠在10周可见其全身骨密度的下降(P<0.05),而12周下降更明显(P<0.01),同时其股骨及胫骨的骨密度也下降(P<0.01),此外,去卵巢大鼠还表现为毛发稀疏,活动迟缓,反应迟钝等症状的改变,, 大鼠骨质疏松症模型以10周较为理想,测定全身或股骨及胫骨骨密度均能反映其骨密度的改变,故测定其中任何一个部位均有临床意义。 |
