目的:探讨AT1基因与高血压性肾脏损害的关系,评价十余种候选危险因子原发性高血压肾脏损害的危险,方法:随机选取上海地区汉族人种原发性高血压病例96例,采集的所有病例均有详细的病史资料,留取血样本,进行生化指标检测和基因型分析。结果:(1)血内生肌酐清除率和血肌与AT1 A/C多态性呈显著相关(P<0.01),AC基因型肾功能明显差于AA基因型;(2)在多因素Logistic回归分析中,年龄,糖 病和A/C基因型是原发性高血压并发肾脏损害的三个独立危险因素。(P<0.01),结论:结论AT1基因A/C多态性是内生肌酐清除率的独立影响因素,AT2基因型部分决定了高血压肾脏功能。 |
