| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究在左视网膜摘除后鸽与人TMEFF2同源基因在左右视盖的差异表达。方法 从本室构建的左视盖消减基因差异表达的文库得到一基因片段，该片段与人TMEFF2高度同源。采用逆转录PCR和RNA点杂交方法研究该片段在左视网膜摘除后鸽左右视盖的差异表达。结果 RT-PCR和RNA点杂交表明该片段在左视盖高表达。结论 TMEFF2为中脑神经元和海马神经元存活因子，推测该片段在视觉发育过程中可能起着重要的作用。 |
