| 目的探讨晚期卵巢癌先动脉灌注化疗再手术治疗的效果.方法对28例有腹水、包块较大的Ⅲ期以上的卵巢癌及复发的晚期卵巢癌患者先行腹壁下动脉插管灌注化疗1至2个疗程后再行手术.结果化疗15～30d,有16例腹水消退,病灶缩小50%以上;化疗＞30d,有9例腹水消退,病灶直径缩小不足50%,但超过25%;化疗60d,有6例效果明不显.化疗后再手术,近期有效率为80.6%,手术切净率为60.0%.结论动脉化疗使腹水消退,肿瘤体积、范围缩小,为施行满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术创造了条件,提高了手术切净率、生存率及生命质量. |
