目的:探讨活性依赖性神经保护蛋白(activity-dependent neuroprotective protein,ADNP)同源基因的表达与阿尔茨海默病的关系。方法:采用淀粉样β-肽注射大鼠脑室,制备阿尔茨海默病样损伤大鼠模型,15d后通过RT-PCR方法检测大鼠脑海马胆碱乙酰转移酶(choline acetyltransferase,ChAT)基因,活性依赖性神经保护蛋白基因及Mn-SOD,Cu,Zn-SOD基因的表达。结果:胆碱乙酰转移酶,ADNP基因的表达在实验组海马中均下降,Cu,Zn,-SOD基因的表达没有明显变化,而Mn-SOD则有所升高。结论:结果提示ADNP表达降低,使神经细胞缺乏保护因素,与阿尔茨海默病的发生发展相关。 |
