| 目的：研究茶多酚对体外培养的膀胱癌EJ细胞的抑制和诱导凋亡的作用。方法：用琼脂糖凝胶电泳，光学显微镜的方法，观察EJ细胞经过不同剂量茶多酚处理后在生理，生化和细胞 态学等指标的改变来检测细胞凋亡，结果：琼脂糖终胶电泳呈典型的“梯状电泳带”，光学显微镜镜观察见EJ细胞在形态学上凋亡细胞的形态学改变。结论：茶多酚对EJ细胞有明显的诱导细胞凋亡作用。 |
