目的 研究牙槽骨高度对阻力中心(center of resistance,CRe)和旋转中心(center of rotation,CRo)位置的影响。方法 建立上颌中切牙的三维有限元模型,共建4个模型,牙槽骨高度分别仍次降低2mm,通过SAP91软件进行有限元计算CRe和CRo的位置。结果 CRe呈非线性移向根尖,约为牙槽骨高度的62%-65%处;CRo呈线性移向根尖。结论 CRe和CRo位置随牙槽骨高度而改变,在进行正畸治疗时,力值应做相应的调整。 |
