| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨左旋卡尼丁对冠心病PTCA术（percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty)心肌的保护作用。方法 比较70例经左旋卡尼丁治疗的冠心病PTCA术患者血清CK－MB，左室射血分数值的变化并与PTCA术患者进行比较。结果 应用左旋卡尼丁尼治疗的冠心病PTCA治疗患者的CK－MB值较对照组明显减低，且CK－MB峰值持续时间亦明显减低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），而左室射血分数值增高（P＝0．0003）。结论 左旋尼丁对冠心病PTCA术心肌有明显的保护作用。 |
