| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在甲状腺良恶性乳头状增生上皮中的表达与鉴别诊断中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化EnVision二步法对15例甲状腺恶性乳头状上皮及15例甲状腺良性乳头状上皮组织进行CK19及PCNA表达,以阳性细胞所占百分比作半定量计分的依据。结果 良恶性乳头状增生上皮AB项和的平均值经t检验显示差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 联合应用CK19和PCNA,在区别甲状腺良恶性增生乳头上皮中的表达,准确率达95%以上,在鉴别诊断中有很大帮助。 |
