| 目的 探讨重叠综合征(overlap syndrome,OS)和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstrucfive sleep apnea syn-drome,OSAS)患者夜间缺氧和睡眠结构的分析。方法 对19例OS和25例OSAS患者进行肺功能和全夜多导睡眠(PSG)检查。结果 OS组SLT90%、S1+2显著高于OSAS组(P<0.01),睡眠效率显著低于OSAS组(P<0.01)。结论 OS患者较OSAS患者夜间缺氧更严重,睡眠结构改变明显。 |
