目的研究多种酶在不同器官内吞体膜上的活性。方法用细胞化学方法,以Ce3 或Pb2 作捕捉剂,分别检测碳酸酐酶,Mg2 -ATP酶,Na -K -ATP酶,5’-核苷酸酶,NADPH oxidase在大鼠肾近曲小管上皮细胞、肝细胞以及人体嗜中性白细胞内吞体膜上的酶活性。结果上述碳酸酐醇,Mg2 -ATP酶,Na -K -ATP酶,5’-核苷酸酶及NADPH oxidase分别在大鼠肾脏近曲小管,肝脏及人体白细胞的内吞体膜上都有酶活性存在。结论 内吞体功能复杂,它可能与细胞的pH值,水盐代谢,能量、蛋白质的代谢以及活性氧的产生等都有一定的关系。 |
