| 摘要: |
| 目的研究雌激素对老年妇女尿路感染的治疗作用。方法选取老年女性尿路感染患者68例,分为实验组(38例)和对照组(30例)。实验组睡前阴道塞入雌激素软膏1 g,同时口服抗生素,疗程2周;对照组单用抗生素2周。观察两组的治疗效果。结果实验组治愈22例,改善9例,无效3例,4例未能坚持用药放弃治疗;对照组治愈8例,改善6例,无效16例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 加用雌激素对反复尿路感染的老年女性患者有较好疗效。 |
