| 目的探讨超声刀在妇科腹腔镜中的应用。方法对使用超声刀进行的42例妇科腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,无出血、感染等征象,血常规、体温在手术前后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与使用套结方法进行的手术相比,患者术中出血量、住院时间也无差异,但超声刀组患者的手术时间明显少于机械方法(P<0.05)。结论超声刀是一种止血效果较好、手术时不产生烟雾的腹腔镜能源设备,使用超声刀会大大缩短手术时间。 |
