| 目的 探讨颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的最佳物理治疗手段。方法 分别将超声、He Ne激光和半导体激光治疗组的疗效进行统计 ,通过运用Ridit分析 ,三组之间对比。结果 3组疗效差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,各组两两比较 ,半导体激光组在等级排队中最优。结论 在本组物理疗法中 ,半导体激光组的疗效最佳 |
