| 目的研究血管紧张素转换酶基因型与原发性高血压患者诊所血压、24h动态血压的相关关系。方法用PCR方法检测324例汉族原发性高血压患者ACEG．并做24h动态血压监测。结果各基因型组的诊所脉压(cPP)、24h脉压(PP)、24h收缩压(SBP)、24h舒张压(DBP)无显著差异，而诊所收缩压(cSBP)、诊所舒张压(cDBP)则差异显著。结论ACEG与原发性高血压患者的诊所收缩压、诊所舒张压有相关关系。 |
