| 摘要: |
| 目的了解医学生心理卫生状况，探索其与相关因素的关系。方法采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)心理评估工具及一般状况调查表对460名医学生进行有关调查。结果医学生SCL-90显著性低于常模，整体心理卫生状况较好。大学一～三年级医学生人际关系、强迫和恐怖等因子分显著低于四～五年级医学生。SCL-90总分与父母关系、家庭经济状况等因素呈显著相关。结论重视医学生群体的心理卫生状况是学生教育和管理的重要内容。 |
