| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨氩激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔的疗效。方法三面镜详细检查眼底以发现裂孔，氩激光光凝裂孔周围或裂孔后缘至裂孔封闭。结果激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔40眼，其中干性裂孔25眼，伴有视网膜下液的15眼。随访3-21个月，干性裂孔全部封闭，伴有视网膜下液的15眼中13眼治愈，2眼无效。治疗中及治疗后无明显并发症及不良反应。结论氩激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔是疗效显著、操作间便、并发症少的治疗方法，三面镜详细检查眼底与治疗时机密切相关。 |
