| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过上段胃肠道钡餐造影检查，提高常见胃疾病中胃食管反流的认识。方法 应用日本岛津G-B800mA全遥控、摇篮床X线诊断机和数字胃肠机，对有胃食管反流60例病例进行回顾性分析。结果 在胃食管反流中可见有反流性食管炎、食管下段溃疬、滑动型裂孔疝、胃窦炎、食管下端及胃底贲门癌、胃癌术后，其中有胃食管反流而无食管及胃肠道病变8倒。结论 胃食管反流常可存在于其它消化道疾病中，也可单独存在。通过X线检查可以直观了解到胃食管反流的征象，提高对胃食管反流病的诊断。 |
