目的研究芹菜叶对铅的吸收和铅的迁移情况.方法建立无铅水培体系,采用微波法消解芹菜各部组织样品,最后用原子吸收分光光度计测定铅含量.结果叶片可吸收铅并向叶柄和根等器官输送.含量随吸收时间增加而增加.在本实验中铅含量由高到低的排序为叶>叶柄>根.结论本试验建立了无铅水培体系,并采用叶面喷铅溶液的方法研究了叶面对铅的吸收及迁移,为植物叶片吸收铅及铅在植物中迁移的研究提供了方法及依据. |
