目的研究种植区骨皮质厚度对种植体骨界面应力分布的影响。方法建立含种植体的颌骨三维有限元模型,应用三维有限元法,研究在不同厚度的骨皮质支持下,种植区骨皮质厚度对种植体骨界面应力分布的规律。结果骨皮质厚度对种植体颈部皮质骨内的应力有较大的影响,两者呈负相关。随着骨皮质厚度的增加,种植体骨界面骨皮质内的应力逐步减小。骨皮质厚度<2 mm时种植体界面骨皮质颈部的应力值明显高于骨皮质厚度≥2mm时的应力值(P<0.05);当骨皮质厚度≥2 mm时,随着骨皮质厚度的增加,种植体界面皮质骨内的应力值虽然逐步减小,但是其变化并无显著性差异。结论种植区骨皮质厚度至少应≥2 mm,以保证其生物力学的相容性。 |
