| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨在常规治疗基础上,用654-2足三里注射并脾可欣颗粒口服辅助治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗效果。方法选本病患儿460例,按治疗方法的时间段分为观察组和对照组:对照组190例,仅采用儿内科常规治疗;观察组270例,在常规治疗的基础上采用654-2注射液足三里穴位注射,中药脾可欣颗粒剂口服。结果治疗3 d后观察组痊愈率为91.8%,对照组为67.9%,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位注射654-2及口服脾可欣治疗本病疗效确切,安全方便。 |
