目的回顾性对比分析常规屏-片系统和CR系统在骨骼系统中的应用的优缺点,探讨CR在骨骼系统成像中的应用价值。方法随机抽取100例CR骨骼片和常规屏-片系统摄影的各系统骨骼片,从摄片曝光量、细节显示、甲片率上对比两种摄片系统在骨骼系统中的运用。结果在骨骼肌肉系统摄片时CR系统曝光剂量约为传统的屏-片系统的45%~60%,而在骨小梁的显示上为CR系统的显示率为100%,明显优于传统的屏-片系统的68%。CR甲片率为85%,高于传统的屏-片系统的75%。结论CR系统在骨骼系统显示上明显优于传统的屏-片系统。 |
