| 目的 了解目前中晚期妊娠妇女焦虑抑郁状况现患率,为进一步的前瞻性研究提供参考依据.方法 连续选取同济大学4所附属医院妇产科符合条件的177例中晚期妊娠妇女,采用自制调查表及综合性医院焦虑抑郁情绪量表相结合的问卷表,对调查对象焦虑抑郁状况进行现场测评. 结果中晚期妊娠妇女焦虑、抑郁患病率分别达到12.43%,9.60%, 焦虑抑郁共患率达5.08%,焦虑或抑郁总的患病率为16.38%,明显高于普通人群.焦虑抑郁率随着年龄的增长患病率呈下降趋势,趋势χ^2检验P值＜0.05,不同年龄段焦虑抑郁率差异显著,年龄越小焦虑抑郁率越高,同时不同孕产史组间平均年龄有显著性差异,P 值＜0.05,初孕产组年龄偏小.结论 中晚期妊娠妇女焦虑抑郁状况不容乐观,建议加强孕期健康教育,尤其是针对年龄偏小的初孕产人群,并给以必要的卫生干预措施. |
