| 目的探讨季节性哮喘患者花粉过敏的诊断。方法用上海地区常见的4种花粉抗原,分别对季节性哮喘、非季节性哮喘患者及健康成人进行血清特异性IgE(sIgE)测定,并与皮肤挑刺试验(skin prick tests,SPT)、支气管激发试验(bronchial provocation tests,BPT)进行比较。结果季节组sIgE的阳性率明显高于非季节组及健康组(P<0.05);sIgE与SPT及BPT的总符合率分别为82.1%和86.6%。结论测定血清花粉抗原sIgE敏感、安全、简便易行,可作为季节性哮喘花粉过敏的特异性病因诊断方法。 |
