| 伴侣因子属于热休克蛋白家族中的一员,具有高度的种属保守性及重要的生理功能,能够协助多肽进行正常折叠、组装、转运、降解,并在细胞骨架功能、细胞内的信号转导等广泛的领域都发挥着重要的生理作用,其功能异常会导致多种相关的疾病。本文就其结构和功能及与临床疾病的关系综述如下。 |
