| 目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)、胰岛素样生长因子-I受体(IGF-IR)在喉鳞癌中的表达及意义.方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术和免疫组织化学技术,检测29例喉鳞癌标本和癌旁正常组织中的IGF-I、IGF-IR的mRNA及其蛋白表达情况.结果 IGF-I、IGF-IR在喉鳞癌中mRNA及其蛋白表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,差别具有显著性意义(P《0.001);肿瘤组织中,在有淋巴结转移组表达量高于无淋巴结转移组(P《0.001).结论 IGF-I、IGF-IR可能在喉鳞癌的发生、发展中起作用;二者可能与颈部淋巴结转移相关. |
