| 目的探讨SPECT与MRI对急性糖尿病性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取糖尿病性脑梗死患者20例,非糖尿病性脑梗死22例,分别进行SPECT与MRI对比研究。结果SPECT较MRI脑梗死阳性检出率更高,糖尿病性脑梗死组较非糖尿病性脑梗死组病灶更多。SPECT对半球病变敏感,MRI对脑干病变更敏感。结论糖尿病性脑梗死早期,早期行SPECT联合MRI检查可以更好指导临床治疗,协助评估预后。 |
