| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨推拿结合耳穴贴压配合功能锻炼治疗颈背肌筋膜炎的疗效.方法 将85例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用推拿手法结合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组应用膏药敷贴治疗,两组均配合功能锻炼,每周治疗3次,6次为1个疗程.结果 治疗组42例,显效18例,有效9例,显效率73.80%,总有效率95.23%;对照组43例,其中治愈1例,显效13例,有效21例,显效率32.56%,总有效率81.40%.,两组疗效经统计学处理, P《 0. 01,有非常显著性差异,说明观察组疗效明显优于对照组.结论 本疗法具有良好的临床疗效,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用. |
