摘要:

目的评估双极非接触式分层带聚焦面射频系统对面部皱纹及皮肤松弛治疗的有效性和安全性。方法应用射频治疗仪治疗22例面部皱纹和，一或面部皮肤松弛患者，每周1次，10次1个疗程。治疗前和疗程结束后3周分别拍照，由2位医生根据修正的Daniell皱纹分级标准和患者共同对治疗前后皱纹改善情况进行评价。结果射频治疗仪治疗1疗程后有效率达86．36％．综合评分为1．227±0．146分，疗效有统计学差异（P〈0．001），未见皮肤水疱和色素改变等较严重的不良反应。结论双极非接触式分层带聚焦面射频治疗仪能安全有效地改善面部皱纹及皮肤松弛。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dipolar non-contact with focal surface layering radiofrequency system on facial rhytides and skin laxity. Methods Twenty-two patients with facial rhytides or skin laxity were treated weekly with dipolar non-contact with focal surface layering radiofrequency system and 10 treatments for one course. Patients were photographed before the treatment and three weeks after the final treatment. Clinical improvement of rhytides was assessed by two doctors and the patient after treatment according to modified Daniell rhytides grading scale. Results Modest improvement in facial rhytides was observed in the majority of patients after one course of treatment. The effective rate was 86.36%, and the average improvement grade was 1.227± 0.146, which was statistically significant (P<0.001 ). No severe complications, including blister and pigment alteration were found. Conclusion Dipolar non-contact with focal surface layering radiofrequency system is safe and effective for treatment of facial rhytides and skin laxity.
