| 目的观察五脏俞透刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法将120例临床确诊慢性疲劳综合征的患者,随机分为五脏俞透刺组（60例）和常规针刺对照组（60例）,用相应方法针刺治疗30 d。结果采用五脏俞透刺组治疗后,患者疲劳症状积分明显减少,总有效率达95.00%,对照组总有效率为86.67%,明显好于常规针刺对照组,（P〈0.05）。结论五脏俞透刺是治疗慢性疲劳综合征的有效方法,有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncturing five-zang shu point-through -point therapy on the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome（CFS）.Methods One hundred and twenty cases with CFS were randomly divided into treatment group treated by acupuncturing five-zang shu point-through-point therapy（n = 60） and control group treated by routine acupuncturing therapy（n = 60）.All of the cases were examined after 30 days treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.00%in treatment group and 86.67%in control group（P0.05）.In treatment group after treatment,fatigue symptom score was significantly improved. Conclusion Acupuncturing five-zang shu point-through-point therapy is one of the effective methods on treatment of CFS. |
