| 目的 建立大鼠心肌梗死模型。方法 SD大鼠麻醉后,用套管针颈部气管穿刺,将导丝从口腔引出,然后经导丝从口腔行气管插管后,连接动物呼吸机。大鼠右侧卧位经第4肋间隙开胸结扎其冠状动脉,观察结扎区域的变化。结果 此法制作心肌梗死模型的成功率为95%,术后1周动物存活率为90%。结论 本实验大鼠心肌梗死模型获得了成功,手术方法操作简单、模型成功率高,并进行了一定的改进,可以作为大鼠心肌梗死模型的常用方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To establish a rat acute myocardial infarction model.Methods After SD rats were anaesthetized,the wire was led from the mouth by using the trocar and then punctured trachea at the neck and men linked to the respiration machine.Right anterior thoracotomy through 4th intercostal region was performed,and then the left anterior decending coronary artery was ligated.The area of myocardial infarction was observed.Results The model of myocardial infarction was established successfully.After receiving the operation as described above,95%of rats suffered myocardial infarction and the survival rate was 90%one week after operation.Conclusions This experiment provides an easy, effective and dependable way to establish a myocardial infarction model. |
