| 目的 探讨新诊断的2型糖尿病男性患者骨密度的影响因素。方法 将20HD9年10月--2010年10月的39例新诊断的2型糖尿病男性患者按T值分为骨质疏松组，骨量减少组和正常骨量组；并检查患者的生化指标。结果 新诊断的2型糖尿病男性患者中骨质疏松组的TC水平明显高于骨量减少组及骨量正常组（P＜0．01）。骨质疏松组的血钙高于骨量正常组（P＜0．05）。相关性分析结果，新诊断的2型糖尿病男性患者BMD与FINs、BMI成正相关（P＜0．05）。结论 新诊断的2型糖尿病男性患者TC高的患者易发生OP。 |

| Influencing factors of bone mineral density in male patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density(BMD) and influencing factors in male patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Thirty nine male patients, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from October,2009 to October,2010,were divided into normal bone mass group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group according to T scores.The data of biochemical measurements were compared among three groups.Results Blood total cholesterol(TC) of osteoporosis group was significantly higher than that of normal bone mass group and osteopenia group(P＜0.01).Blood calcium of osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal bone mass group(P<0.05).The BMD of male patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes was positively correlated with insulin level and BMI(P＜0.05).Conclusion Newly diagnosed diabetic male patients with high TC are prone to osteoporosis. |
