彩色多普勒超声在非特异性附睾炎治疗前后的应用价值

摘要:

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在非特异性附睾炎治疗前、后的应用价值。方法 选择30例经本院临床确诊为非特异性附睾炎患者和30例健康者行彩色多普勒超声检查，其中30例非特异性附睾炎患者分为治疗前及治疗后2组，30例健康成人作为对照组。超声检查记录附睾炎治疗前、后及对照组附睾血流分布情况，附睾内动脉的收缩期峰值流速（S），舒张末期流速（D），血流阻力指数（RI）。结果 彩色多普勒超声显示非特异性附睾炎治疗前组较对照组血流明显增加，S、D、RI明显增高（P＜0．05）。治疗后组较治疗前组血流明显减少，基本恢复正常。S、D、RI较治疗前组明显减低（P＜0．05）。S、D、RI与对照组比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论 彩色多普勒超声对非特异性附睾炎疗效的评估具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the application of color Doppler ultrasonography for non-specific epididymitis before and after treatment.Methods Thirty patients diagnosed as non-specific epididymitis in Tongji Hospital were enrolled in the study,and 30 healthy subjects surved as control. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography before and after treatment,and the controls also underwent the examination.The ratio of the peak systolic velocity(S),the end diastolic velocity(D), and the resistance index(RI) were analyzed to indicate the distribution of the epididymal artery blood flow.Results The S,D and RI values of the patients before treatment were significantly higher than those of controls(P＜0.05).The S,D and RI values were significanty decreased after effective treatment(P＜0.05),and there were no significant differences compared with control group(PP＞0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasonography is useful in evaluation of treatment for non-specific epididymitis.
