摘要: |
目的 通过观察牙周炎大鼠龈沟液的IL-1β、IL-6水平的变化探讨氯化镧防治牙周炎的效果。方法 将造模成功的SD大鼠64只随机分成4组,即生理盐水冲洗对照组(P组);0.12%氯己定冲洗组(P1组);0.1 mmol/L氯化镧溶液冲洗组(P2组);0.1 mmol/L氯化镧喂养组(P3组),治疗12周。用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测治疗前后龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的含量,治疗前后自身对照。数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析。结果 治疗后P2、P3组龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的含量均有下降,治疗前后对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 氯化镧能降低牙周炎大鼠龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的水平。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of lanthanum chloride on IL-6 and IL-1βexpression in gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis.Methods Sixty four SD rats with experimental periodontitis were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=16 in each):the animals received irrigation with sodium chloride(P),0.12%chlorhexidine(P1) or 0.1 mmol/L LaCl3(P2),and 0.01 mmol/L LaCl3 feeding(P3),respectively.IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA).Statistics analysis adopted one-way ANOVA by SPSS 17.0.Results IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were significantly decreased in groups P2 and P3 (P<0.01) after LaCl3 treatment.Conclusion Lanthanum chloride can decrease IL-1βand IL-6 levels in the gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis. |
