| 目的 通过观察牙周炎大鼠龈沟液的IL-1β、IL-6水平的变化探讨氯化镧防治牙周炎的效果。方法 将造模成功的SD大鼠64只随机分成4组,即生理盐水冲洗对照组（P组）;0.12%氯己定冲洗组（P1组）;0.1 mmol/L氯化镧溶液冲洗组（P2组）;0.1 mmol/L氯化镧喂养组（P3组）,治疗12周。用酶联免疫吸附法（enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay,ELISA）检测治疗前后龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的含量,治疗前后自身对照。数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析。结果 治疗后P2、P3组龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的含量均有下降,治疗前后对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 氯化镧能降低牙周炎大鼠龈沟液中IL-1β以及IL-6的水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of lanthanum chloride on IL-6 and IL-1βexpression in gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis.Methods Sixty four SD rats with experimental periodontitis were randomly divided into 4 groups（n=16 in each）:the animals received irrigation with sodium chloride（P）,0.12%chlorhexidine（P1） or 0.1 mmol/L LaCl3（P2）,and 0.01 mmol/L LaCl3 feeding（P3）,respectively.IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay（ELISA）.Statistics analysis adopted one-way ANOVA by SPSS 17.0.Results IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were significantly decreased in groups P2 and P3 （P＜0.01） after LaCl3 treatment.Conclusion Lanthanum chloride can decrease IL-1βand IL-6 levels in the gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis. |
