Hedgehog信号通路对于哺乳动物胚胎的正常发育起着极为重要的作用,在人体组织中的异常激活可导致肿瘤的发生。研究表明Hedgehog信号通路的异常激活是肝癌发生的重要机制,尤其与肝癌的早期发生、恶性程度及转移关系密切,这为肝癌的早期诊断诊断与有效治疗提供了新的思路。 |

Abstract: |
Hedgehog pathway plays a critical role in the embryonic development of mammals, the mutational activation of the hedgehog signaling pathway is associated with tumorigenesis. Many researches show that the abnormal activation of the hedgehog signaling pathway is the important mechanism of the early development, degree of malignancy, invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Study of hedgehog pathway may provide novel approach for early diagnosis and treatment of human hepatocellular carcinomas. |
